My Aim, Approach and Beliefs
Before training as a Counselling Therapist, my background included extensive experience in Palliative Care. I am particularly interested in helping people who have been bereaved and those who are coping with terminal illness.
Recognising each person as unique with their own story and experience of life, I offer an integrative theoretical approach addressing the needs of each individual. With a background in Massage Therapy, I am committed to treating a person holistically throughout the counselling process.
Honouring the trust you place in me, I will provide a confidential, warm therapeutic space that feels safe and secure, where you can feel heard without judgment or criticism. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to providing maximum support whilst journeying through the counselling process.

We will journey together whilst you explore any difficulties you are experiencing and I will help you to gain insight into areas of your life which can improve your self-awareness. This may offer more choice on how you feel about yourself and your perspective on life.

In addition to running my private home-based practice in Surbiton, I also work for a Counselling Agency based in South London.
